Remember in the episode of Regular Show, "More Smarter", when Rigby solves the hardest extra credit question in the world? ...No...? Well, it is overshadowed by some funnier jokes.
Well, turns out, that scene is actually an obvious reference to the movie Rushmore, which, I might add, is both a phenomenally good movie, and, as it turns out, J. G. Quintel's favorite movie.
Put them together, and you get the not-so-glamorously titled, "Regular Rushmore."

So, yeah, just a fun, short little picture. The character personalities don't really match up, but, who cares!? I wanted to make this picture.
Also based Rigby's outfit on good ol' Doctor Whoove's little tie. Who needs a suit? Just wear the tie by itself!
